摘要
研究了不同浓度的NAA和KT对马铃薯组培苗鲜重、根重、须根数和腋芽数的影响。结果表明,不同浓度的NAA和KT对马铃薯组培苗的各项指标的影响是不相同的,且二者有交互作用。构建了不同浓度的 NAA和KT影响鲜重、根重、须根数和腋芽数的模型方程。并计算出鲜重最大时二者的浓度配比为NAA:KT =0.0649:0.6020,根重最大时二者的浓度配比为NAA:KT=0.0904:0.4260,须根数最多时二者的浓度配比为NAA:KT=0.0728:0.51 93,腋芽数最多时二者的浓度配比为NAA:KT=0.0561:0.2420(单位均为mL/L)。综合考虑,最佳的浓度配合NAA为0.05-0.08 mL/L,KT为0.4-0.6 mL/L。
