摘要
现有对省际边界效应的实证研究大都忽略了空间相关性。选取区域贸易为视角,结合双边贸易流的空间相关性构建贸易来源地相关性、汇入地相关性以及来源地到目的地相关性三类空间计量交互模型,借助于中国铁路贸易相关数据对省际边界效应情况进行再检验,并与既往研究加以比较分析。通过比较发现:省际贸易流存在显著的空间依赖性,这种空间依赖性会影响到边界效应的估计结果,而且空间计量交互模型对边界效应的度量要比以往实证模型具有稳健性和合理性。
Most existing researches on the provincial boundary effect in China ignore the spatial correlation. From the perspective of regional trade, and combining with the spatial correlation of bilateral trade flows, the paper constructs three kinds of spatial econometric interaction model including the outflow region correlation, the inflow region correlation, and the inflow and outflow region correlation. By borrowing the railway trade data of China, the author reexamines the provincial boundary effect, and compares the result with the previous studies. Comparative study shows that provincial trade flow has significant spatial dependence, which may influence the estimation results of boundary effect. Moreover, the spatial econometric interaction model is more stable and reasonable in measuring boundary effect than previous empirical models.
