摘要
实现长江三角洲的统筹发展,首先需要推进长江三角洲地区统筹规划,制定和实施长江三角洲一体化规划是统筹规划的关键环节和有效步骤。本文在对长江三角洲一体化规划的必要性分析基础上,提出长江三角洲规划的技术路线,包括规划编制的核心内容、总体目标、主要内容、制度创新和近期行动计划等,并进一步探讨了规划实施的组织保障措施。
YangtzeRiver Delta is oneof the most importantand energetic regions of china, therefore, it is necessary to make Yangtze River Delta integrated plan to fuel thecoordinated developmentof this area. Based on the necessity of making the Yangtze River Delta integrated plan, it proposes thegeneral targets, main contents, institutional innovation and immedi- ate action plan as well as detailed guidelines of the plan.
