摘要
为改进分段吊装方案设计的不足,开发了针对船体分段复杂吊装方案自动化设计系统。利用Tribon系统数据抽取方法判别分段特征区域,将吊装眼板快速合理地布置在相应的位置,以提高工作效率。结合MATLAB对吊运过程的吊钩进行受力分析,借助3ds Max实现吊装过程的仿真模拟,以有效预报吊装过程中潜在的力学及干涉问题,便于设计人员改进吊装方案,使设计更加安全可靠。
To overcome the deficiencies of traditional block lifting schemes design,an automatic design system for the complex block lifting was developed.Tribon was adopted as data extraction method to identify the feature area of a block so as to lay out the lifting lugs properly and efficiently.Besides,Matlab was employed to analyze the stress on lifting wires and 3ds Max was used to simulate the block lifting process.The potential problems on mechanics and interference between the block and wires could be forecasted so as to enable the designers to improve the lifting scheme and ensure a safer and more reliable design.
