摘要 现代造船为了能最大保证分段建造中的焊接质量,分段焊接很少采用仰角焊接而采用俯首焊接,这就要求分段建造采用反造工艺。船体艏艉部份的曲面分段为了简化制造,也采用反造法,将甲板面朝下建造。为了缩短船舶在船台的建造周期,吊装能力大的船舶制造企业,也尽量增大单个分段重量,增加预搭载次数,增加舾装数量,这就导致分段尺寸重量越来越大,分段的翻转和吊运成为分段建造的重要环节。 Modern shipbuilding in order to ensure welding quality of fabricating,biggest subsection welding rarely USES the elevation and use bow welding,which requires the block USES the build process.Keel parts of hull surface segmentation in order to simplify the manufacturing,also USES the method,will be built under the deck facing.To shorten ship at berth in the build cycle,large lifting capacity of shipbuilding enterprises,and also try to increase the individual weight,increase in advance with times,to increase the number of outfitting,this leads to weight block size is more and more big,the segmentation of the flip and lifting become an important part of the segment construction.
