摘要
针对深海半潜式钻井平台,在施工建造中的变形控制作了分析。通过设计与研究,结合实际吊装能力,制定合理的搭载计划;根据计算分析结果,施加结构反变形,采用临时加强等措施,有效地控制了建造过程中的结构变形,满足建造精度要求,取得了良好的效果。
This paper analyzes the deformation control of deep-sea semi-submersible platform during the process of construction. Proper construction plan is made through design and research, taking into consideration the practical lifting capacity; deformation is effectively controlled during construction through introducing pre-deformation and temporary reinforcement according to computation result; construction precision requirement is satisfied and good results are achieved.
