摘要
为了优化资源配置,使企业针对不同的竞争对手采取对应的策略,文章提出了企业竞争对手威胁力的概念。通过对企业竞争对手的多方面分析总结,从中筛选出了能够反映竞争对手威胁力的指标,并且定量指标给出了计算公式,定性指标给出了计算方法,构建了企业竞争对手威胁力评价指标体系。最后,根据建立的指标体系选取了综合化程度较高的模糊综合评价法,对竞争对手的威胁力进行评估,根据评估结果对竞争对手划分不同的等级,能够较全面地反映企业竞争对手的威胁力,企业可以根据威胁等级采取相应的措施。
In order to optimize the allocation of resources and make the enterprise to take corresponding strategies according to different competitors,the paper puts forward the concept of enterprise competitor treat. Through the analysis of the enterprise competitors from many aspects,the authors select the some indexes which reflect the threat of competitors,and give both quantitative index calculation formula and the qualitative index calculation method, and construct an evaluation index system of enterprise competition threat. And finally,based on the system,the authors choose a highly comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method to assess the competitors’ threat. The competitors are divided into relevant groups according to assessment results, which comprehensively reflects the threatening rivals of the enterprise, and the enterprises can take corresponding measures.
