摘要
为检验东北大学新合成的浮硅捕收剂DLG-2的性能,以石英单矿物为对象进行了浮选试验,并借助Zeta电位检测和红外光谱分析探讨了该药剂在石英表面的作用机理。试验结果表明,在p H≥10,DLG-2用量为40mg/L,矿浆温度≥22℃,无Ca^(2+)活化的条件下,DLG-2浮选石英的回收率可达99.5%左右。Zeta电位和红外光谱分析表明,DLG-2在石英表面的吸附形式有静电吸附、键合吸附和氢键作用。
Single quartz flotation experiments were conducted to test the performance a fatty acid anionic collector,which was newly developed by NEU, and the mechanism for collecting quartz was discussed via Zeta potential measurement and infra- red spectrum analysis. The flotation experiments showed that when the quartz recovery was about 99.5% ,the optimum pH val- ue was above 10 ,the optimum dosage of CaC12 was 0 ,the optimum dosage of DLG-2 was 40 mg/L,the optimum flotation tem- perature was 22 ℃. Zeta potential and infrared spectrum analysis showed there were electrostatic adsorption, bonding adsorption and hydrogen bonding adsorption between quartz and DLG-2.
