摘要
玻利维亚图皮萨铜矿石属于混合铜矿石,含铜1.65%,铜的氧化率为28.48%。针对该矿石性质进行了浮选试验研究,采用直接浮选先浮硫化铜矿物,再用硫化浮选法浮氧化铜矿物,硫化浮选以丁基黄药+丁基铵黑药+羟肟酸组合作为捕收剂强化对氧化铜矿物的捕收。闭路试验获得铜品位为20.48%,铜回收率为61.77%的硫化铜精矿及铜品位为13.29%,回收率为19.28%的氧化铜精矿,总铜回收率为81.05%,试验研究为该矿的开发利用提供了技术依据。
A mixed copper ore in Tupiza Bolivia contains 1. 65% of copper,and the oxidation rate of the copper is28. 48%. In accordance with the properties of the copper ore,the flotation process adopt that direct flotation to float copper sulfide ore,then sulfuration flotation to float copper oxide ore. A combined collectors consisting of Sodium nbutylxanthate,Ammonium dibutyl dithiophosphate and hydroximic acid was added to strengthen ability for collecting copper oxide ore. A copper sulfide concentrate containing 20. 48% of copper and its recovery of 61. 77%,another copper oxide concentrate containing 13. 29% of copper and its recovery of 19. 28%,which was obtained through the closed-circuit test. The total recovery of copper was 81. 05%,which provides a technical base for the development and utilization of the copper resources.
