摘要
系统综述了难选氧化铜矿处理方法、药剂与工艺的新进展。针对氧化铜矿贫、细、难选的特点,指出工艺简单合理、适用性强、成本低、指标好的湿法冶金和选冶联合流程将成为主流,浮选药剂特别是捕收剂、活化剂等方面的研究也将成为一个重点,认为氧化铜矿浮选时,混合用药比单一用药剂量少,并且可以提高浮选指标。
This paper systematically reviews the new progress in the processing methods and technology,flotation reagents for refractory oxidized copper ore,which is lean,its particle is fine and is difficult to process.It is pointed out that because of the simple and reasonable process,strong applicability,low cost and good technical index,hydrometallurgical process and combined concentration and smelting process will be main way to process refractory oxidized copper ore,meanwhile,the research of flotation reagents,especially collectors,activators,depressants,will become important aspects.The dosage of combined reagents is less than that of single reagent,flotation indexes can be improved also.
