摘要
以十胺与一氯乙酸为原料,通过有机合成反应制备开发出一种新型低温浮选药剂DKZ-1,通过对调军台选矿厂混磁精矿的开路反浮选试验研究表明,DKZ-1在粗选最佳条件pH值为11.5、玉米淀粉用量800 g/、tCaC l2用量1 200 g/、t捕收剂用量600 g/t下,1次精选精矿铁品位为66.47%,回收率为82.8%。试验结果还表明DKZ-1药剂在25~30℃时都具有较好的捕收性能。结合红外光谱、Zata电位测定等手段,系统研究了药剂的捕收性能及其与矿物的作用机理。
Using Decylamine and Chloroacetic Acid as raw materials,a new collector named DKZ-1 was synthesized by synthetic reaction.It was investigated by the open-circuit flotation tests of quartz and mixed magnetic concentrate that when the pH value is 11.5,the amount used of starch,CaCl2 and DKZ-1 is 800,1 200 and 600 g/t,the iron concentrate reach to 66.47% and the recovery reach to 82.8%.The results of temperature experiments show that DKZ-1's floatability is best at 25~30 ℃.The adsorption mechanism on quartz by measurement of IR and Zeta potential were investigated.
