摘要
目的 探讨泸州市2型糖尿病患者的牙周病患病程度,分析其患牙周病的影响因素。方法 选取本院2012年1月-2013年12月的198例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,调查其一般情况、学历、吸烟、饮酒情况和血糖等,并检查6颗指数牙的牙周探诊深度（PD）、附着丧失（AL）、龈沟出血指数（SBI）、简化口腔卫生指数（OHI-S）情况。结果 198例糖尿病患者的牙周炎患病率为100%,轻度牙周炎79例（39.9%）,中、重度牙周炎119例（60.1%）。不同性别、学历、居住地、吸烟、饮酒等糖尿病患者的牙周炎状况比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论泸州市2012-2013年住院的糖尿病患者的牙周炎患病率高,2型糖尿病患者应重视牙周病的防治。
Objective To explore the prevalence of periodontal diseases in patients with type 2 diabetes in Luzhou city and analyze its influence factor. Methods 198 hospitalized patients with type 2 diabetes from January 2012 to December 2013 in our hospital were selected as the research group.General information,education,smoking,alcohol consumption and blood sugar were investigated.Periodontal probing depth（PD）,attachment loss（AL）,sulcus bleeding index（SBI）and simplified oral hygiene index（OHI-S） of 6 index teeth were examined. Results The morbidity of periodontitis in198 diabetic patients was 100%.The number of periodontitis in mild degree and moderate to severe degree was 79 cases（39.9%） and 119 cases（60.1%）.There was significant difference in varied gender,education,location,smoking and alcohol consumption in diabetic patients′ periodontitis（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The morbidity of periodontitis in hospitalized diabetic patients is high from 2012 to 2013 in Luzhou city,and type 2 diabetic patients should pay attention to prevention and treatment of periodontal diseases.
