摘要
综述了氟碳涂料的发展过程、结构、分类及性能。传统氟碳涂料是由有机多异氰酸酯与氟碳树脂反应形成的含有氨基甲酸酯链段的高分子化合物,但是传统氟碳涂料固化方法用多异氰酸酯对人体健康和环境造成严重的危害。非异氰酸酯氟碳涂料的开发解决了以上这些问题。概述了非异氰酸酯氟碳涂料制备方法。重点阐述了氟碳涂料在纳米材料方面的改性处理。同时对非异氰酸酯氟碳涂料的应用及发展做了展望。
The fluorocarbon coating development, structure, classification and properties were summarized. The preparation of nonisocyanate fluorocarbon coating was introduced. The modification of nonisocyanate fluorocarbon coatings in nano materials and blending resin were reviewed, respectively. At the same time, the application and development of nonisocyanate fluorocarbon coatings were prospected.
