Research Progress in Protective Coatings Materials for Fossil Surface

摘要 化石作为揭示古气候环境变化规律及研究地质构造运动的直接证据,因挖掘后赋存环境与形成环境的差异性,不可避免发生风化破坏,严重影响其科学研究价值和观赏价值。本文在化石风化机理及影响因素的基础上,综述了化石表面保护用涂层材料的研究现状和研究进展,重点介绍了各类涂层材料,如无机非金属材料和有机高分子材料的成膜机理和膜层特性,根据化石保护需满足“保护过程中不改变化石原状”的原则,结合已有涂层材料保护现状,针对性地提出了化石表面保护用涂层材料的性能要求,并展望了绿色超薄自组装硅烷膜/封护涂层多层复合体系在化石表面保护中的应用前景。 Fossils provide direct evidences to reveal the regularity of paleoclimatic environment variation and investigate the movement of geological tectonic.However,owing to the difference between the occurrence environment after excavation and the primitive formative environment,the weathering damage to the fossils is inevitable,which seriously influences the scientific research and ornamental values・Based on the understanding of the weathering mechanisms and influencing factors of the fossils,the research status and progress of coatings materials for fossil surface protection were reviewed in this paper,focusing on the film-forming mechanism and film characteristics of various coatings materials such as inorganic nonmetallic and organic polymer materials.According to the principle of"the original state of the fossils should not be changed during the protection process",and combined the existing protection situation,the performance requirements of coatings materials used in this field were specifically proposed.Finally,the application of multilayer composite system consisting of green ultra-thin self-assembly silane film and sealing coatings layer was prospected in the fossil surface protection.
