摘要
以碳酸二甲酯和1,6-己二胺为原料制备1,6-六亚甲基二氨基甲酸甲酯(HDU);再以HDU与聚醚二元醇(EPO3000)为原料合成无异氰酸酯聚氨酯。产物用红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、热失重以及凝胶色谱表征。结果表明,n(HDU)/n(EP03000)1:1,在180℃下反应1h,产物特性黏数达208.4mL/g,重均分子量为1.1×10^5。
The authors prepared dimethylhexane-1,6-dicarbamate (HDU) from dimethyl carbonate and 1,6-hexane- diamine and then, synthesized nonisocyanate polyurethane (NIPU) from polyether glycol (EPO3000) and HDU as reactants. The prepared NIPU was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FFIR), nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (JH-NMR), thermogravimetric (TG) analysis and gel permeation chromatog raphy. The results show that the intrinsic viscosity and weight-average molecular weight of the resultant reaches 208.4 mug and 1.1×10^5, respectively in the case of setting the molar ratio of HDU to EPO3000 at 1 : 1, reaction temperature at 180℃ and reaction time for 1 hour.
