摘要
以梭梭嫩枝和硬枝为试验材料,采用蒸馏水和甲醇浸提,并将其浸提液置于发芽纸上进行生物活性测定,研究梭梭生根抑制物的活性效应。结果表明,梭梭嫩枝蒸馏水浸提时间越长抑制作用越明显。浸提48h时活力指数最低,抑制物的活性最大。根长对浸提液及浸提时间较敏感。1a生嫩枝下部浸提液中生根抑制物活性较中上部弱,木质部中生根抑制物活性较韧皮部弱。3a生硬枝浸提液中抑制物活性较1a生和2a生弱。乙醚相中抑制物活性最高,其余依次为乙酸乙酯相、石油醚相、甲醇相、水相。
Using distilled water and methanol to extract the leaching liquor from softwood and hardwood of Haloxylon ammodendron,and then leaching liquor was placed in the germination paper to determinate biological activity,so as to study the effect of rooting inhibitor activity of Haloxylon.The results showed that the longer the extraction time of distilled water from Haloxylonshoots was,the more obvious inhibition effect had.The vigor index of 48 hwas the lowest,and the activity of inhibiting substance was the largest.Root length was sensitive to the extraction and extraction time.The rooting inhibiting active substance of extraction liquid at the lower part of 1ashoots was weaker than that at lower middle and upper part.The activity of roots in xylem was weaker than that in phloem.The activity of inhibition in the extraction liquid from 3ahard wood was weaker than that of 1aand2 a.The inhibition of ether phase was the highest,and the other in turn was the ethyl acetate,petroleum ether,methanol and water.
