摘要
就黄酮类化合物近年来在提取工艺、测定、分离方法和结构鉴定等方面的发展取向作了阐述。
Flavonoids exist extensively in plant kingdom with high biological activities. Flavonoids are natural antioxidants, and potentially used in the fields of medicines and foods for their effect on antiatherogenic, antidotal, immunoenhancer and anticancer. This paper summarizes research advance of flavonoids in methods of exaction, separation and structure identify from different kinds of plants.
