水分变化条件下梭梭木质部非结构性碳水化合物对胚胎发育的影响

摘要 【目的】为验证梭梭的胚胎休眠是否与非结构性碳水化合物(NSC)有关.【方法】以3年生盆栽梭梭幼苗为材料,采用人工模拟降水方法设置3个降水梯度,观察了梭梭胚胎解剖特征,测定了不同降水处理下梭梭同化枝生长动态以及木质部NSC含量.【结果】3种降水处理下,6~9月梭梭处于胚胎休眠状态.各降水处理5月同化枝单位增量最高、7月最低、9月又有明显的增长(P<0.05).3种降水处理7月和9月的梭梭同化枝有部分脱落,然保留下来的同化枝在干旱胁迫的条件下仍有一定程度的生长并进行光合同化作用.梭梭木质部NSC含量表现出9月最高、7月次之、5月最低的规律(P<0.05).尽管降水增加100mm的梭梭同化枝增量、单位枝长同化枝数量、木质部NSC、淀粉和可溶性糖含量比对照显著增加(P<0.05),但在7~9月梭梭的胚胎始终保持休眠状态.【结论】梭梭的胚胎休眠与NSC储量无关. 【Objective】To explore the relationship between embryo dormancy and non-structural carbohydrate(NSC)in Haloxylon ammodendron.【Method】The anatomical characteristics of embryo in 3-year-old H.ammodendron seedlings was observed,three precipitation treatments including CK(natural precipitation,without supplement of precipitation),treatmentⅠ(100 mm of precipitation supplement)and treatmentⅡ(200 mm of precipitation supplement)were designed,the dynamic of assimilating shoot growth and NSC of xylem under different precipitation treatments were measured.【Result】The embryo remained dormant from July to September under three precipitation treatments.The increment of assimilation shoot was the highest in May,the lowest in July and a significant increase was found in September(P<0.05).Part of the assimilating shoot withered in July and September under three precipitation treatments,and the remaining assimilating shoot could keep growth and assimilation.The NSC content in xylem reached the highest value in September,followed by July,and the lowest in May(P<0.05).The embryo remained dormant from July to September,although the number of assimilating shoot,amount of assimilating shoot per twig,contents of NSC,starch and soluble sugar in treatment of 100 mm supplement precipitation were higher than those in CK(P<0.05).【Conclusion】The embryo dormancy of H.ammodendron was independent of NSC storage in xylem.
