摘要
针对应急广播实际要求,提出了一种基于数字电视的应急广播系统,介绍了其总体技术架构及应急信息发布主要模式,阐述了数字电视应急广播管理系统的日常节目播发管理、应急信息发布、应急广播播发控制、播发效果评估、运维管理和安全保护等系统功能,最后说明了应急广播指令生成控制服务器、安全服务设备、证书管理设备等主要设备的功能要求。
According to the requirements of emergency broadcast,, a new emergency broadcast system based on digital TV is proposed. The article presents its overall technical architecture and the main mode of emergency information issuance, describes the program management, emergency information issuance, emergency broadcast control, effect evaluation, operation and maintenance management and safety protection system functions, and finally explains the functional requirements of the emergency broadcast instruction server, security services equipment, certificate management equipment, and other major equipment.
