摘要
应急广播制作播发平台是整个应急广播体系的重要组成部分,与国家预警信息发布平台、各级应急部门及调度控制平台对接,是广电系统应急广播体系与外部对接的桥梁。统一规范应急制播节目制作流程,利用各地广电系统现有制播系统资源规划应急制播平台的技术实现,是当前应急制播平台面临的迫切问题,下面本文就应急广播制播平台的技术实现进行探讨。
Emergency broadcast production platform is one of the most important parts in emergency broadcasting system. It is responsible for connecting with national alert message platform, emergency department and scheduling and controlling platform at all levels. Standardizing the process of emergency broadcast production and taking advantage of the existing resources to plan the realization of emergency broadcast program production platform are very urgent problems of emergency broadcast production platform.
