摘要
微格教学是培养教师技能的一种有效手段。本文试以本校英语专业师范类部分学生微格试讲的真实案例为依托,梳理归纳他们在模拟课堂上所折射出的问题,剖析背后的原因,针对性地提出师范院校培养未来教师队伍过程中教学方法的适应性调整。
Microteaching is a very effective means of would - be teachers training and improvement of their teaching skills. Based on some real cases of the mieroteaching practice in a certain college, the paper diseusses and summarizes the problems existing in the trial teaching, and analyzes the reasons behind the problems. Accordingly, the feasible teaching adjustments will be put forward to cultivate future excellent teachers from the normal college.
