植物血凝素诱发凝集反应及对凝血系统的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨植物血凝素(PHA)诱发红细胞凝集反应及对凝血系统的影响。方法:12只Wistar大鼠随机分为实验组和对照组,分别经尾静脉注射植物血凝素和生理盐水,观察红细胞在体内外的凝集反应、溶血现象,大鼠的一般状况以及大鼠凝血指标的变化情况。结果:植物血凝素在体内外均能诱发凝集反应。实验组大鼠表现为竖毛、弓背、蜷缩、颤抖,而对照组大鼠无上述表现。实验组大鼠纤维蛋白原显著低于对照组,凝血酶原时间、凝血酶时间、活化的部分凝血活酶时间、国际标准化比值显著高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:植物血凝素在体内外均能诱发凝集反应,并能激活凝血系统,在临床应用时应注意其对凝血系统的影响。 Objective:To explore the agglutination reaction induced by phytohemagglutinin(PHA) and it's effects on coagulation system.Methods:12 Wistar rats were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,which were injected PHA and 0.9%saline into caudal vein respectively.The agglutination of red blood cells in vitro and in vivo,hemolysis,the rats' general conditions and coagulation markers of rats were observed.Results:PHA could induce agglutination reaction and hemolysis in vitro and in vivo.The rats in experimental group showed the following performance:piloerection,arched,cured up and trembling;but the rats in control group did not show above performance.The fibrinogen of rats in experimental group was obviously lower than that of rats in control group(P〈0.01);While the prothrombin time,thrombin time,thromboplastin time and international normalized ratio were obviously higher(P〈0.01,P〈0.05).Conclusions:PHA can induce agglutination reaction in vivo and in vitro;it also can activate coagulation system.Clinical application should pay attention to its' effects on coagulation system.
