摘要
目的探讨米非司酮结合MTX应用于异位妊娠的治疗效果。方法抽取2014年4月至2015年5月期间来我院治疗的异位妊娠患者66例,按照不同的治疗方法分为两组,其中普通组采用MTX进行治疗,治疗组患者采用米非司酮结合MTX治疗方法,将两组患者治疗后的临床疗效、不良反应、β-HCG指数及包块大小进行比较,探究米非司酮结合MTX应用于异位妊娠的疗效。结果治疗组有效率明显高于普通组,不良反应发生率低于普通组,β-HCG降低、包块变小程度较普通组明显,差异明显(P<0.05)。结论米非司酮结合MTX治疗异位妊娠效果显著,适合临床运用及推广。
Objective In order to investigate curative effects of mifepristone combined with MTX for treatment of ectopic gestation Method 66 cases of ectopic gestation women in our hospital from Apr 2014 to May 2015 were selected in this study, these women were distributed into two groups, women in the normal group were treated with MTX, while women in the treatment group were treated with mifepristone combined with MTX. Clinical effects, adverse reaction, β-HCG index and enclosed mass size of women in the two groups were compared, so as to investigate curative effects of mifepristone combined with MTX for treatment of ectopic gestation Results Effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the normal group. Occurrence rate of adverse reaction in the treatment group was lower than that in the normal group, reduction degree of enclosed mass size in the treatment group was more obvious than that in the normal group, the differences had statistic significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Curative effect of mifepristone combined with MTX for treatment of ectopic gestation is remarkable, it is suitable for clinical applications and popularization.
