摘要
目的探讨氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的效果。方法将120例高血压合并冠心病患者随机分为两组,对照组予以氨氯地平,观察组予以氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片。结果观察组治疗总有高于对照组;治疗后两组舒张压、收缩压,以及TC、TG、HDL和LDL水平均有所改善,且观察组各指标均优于对照组。结论氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病可有效改善患者血脂血压,效果显著。
Objective To investigate the effect of amlodipine besylate and atorvastatin calcium tablets in hypertension and coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 120 patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease were randomly divided into two groups,the control group was given amlodipine, observation group was given amlodipine besylate and atorvastatin calcium tablets. Results The observation group total was higher than the control group,the two groups after treatment,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,as wel as TC,TG,HDL and LDL levels were improved, and the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group.ConclusionAmlodipine besylate and atorvastatin calcium tablets treatment of hypertension and coronary heart disease can effectively improve the patients blood pressure,good effect.
