摘要
[目的]为了提高黄河故道地区苹果的商品价值,解决该地区苹果病虫害严重、果实品质较低的问题。[方法]应用田间试验方法,研究小林袋、凯祥袋和新台袋3种品牌果袋处理对富士苹果果实品质的影响。[结果]套纸袋处理的果实外观和内在品质方面优于套塑膜袋处理,其中小林袋着色面积最大,凯祥袋次之,新台袋最小;新台袋果面粗糙度最小,凯祥袋次之,均极显著小于塑膜袋的粗糙度;各处理间苹果果面黑点病无显著差异;新台袋对果面裂纹的预防效果最好,其次是小林袋,均显著优于塑膜袋;3种纸袋的褪绿效果差异不明显。从对果实内在品质的影响来看,以小林袋处理果实硬度最大,新台袋次之,再次是塑膜袋和凯翔袋且二者差别不显著;各套袋处理的可溶性固形物含量差异不显著;纸袋处理的果实可滴定酸含量高于塑膜袋,以新台袋和小林袋的可滴定酸含量较高且极显著高于塑膜袋,且二者无明显差别,凯祥袋处理高于塑膜袋,差异不显著。[结论]综合各项指标认为,在黄河故道地区以套新台袋处理对富士苹果的果实质量提高效果最佳。
[ Method ] The aim was to improve goods value of apple, and solve the problems of diseases an0 insect pest ann tow truit quality in in the old Yellow River area. [ Objective] The effect of bagging with different bags on fruit quality of apple in the old Yellow River area was studied using method of field experiment. [ Resuh] The resuhs showed that the cleanness and coloring area of apples with paper bags were better than plastic bag. And coloring area of apples with the Kobayashi bag was highest, then the Xintai bag; the roughness with the Xintai bag was lowest, then the Kaixiang bag ; the occurrence of black spot disease of apples with different bags were almost the same ; the degree of crack of apples with the Xintai bag was lowest, then the Kaixiang bag ; Back green effects of different bags were almost the same. In the inner quali- ties, different bags had no significantly differences on the soluble solids content; titratable acid content of apples with the Xintai bag and the Kobayashi hag were higher, then the kaixinag bag and the plastic bag. [ Conclusion] In one word, the Xintai bag was the best choice in the old Yellow River area.
