摘要
以小白菜为研究对象,采用盆栽方法研究不同肥料配施对小白菜种子出苗以及产量和品质的影响.结果表明:在等氮量控制条件下,从小白菜产量提升和品质控制来看,菌肥与沼渣配施的效果最佳,其地上生物量较对照增加92.68%,较单施化肥增加72.14%;含硝酸盐量较对照增加21.45%,较单施化肥降低80.68%;含维生素C量较对照增加150.00%,较单施化肥增加130.77%.研究结果可为叶菜类蔬菜科学施肥和合理种植提供理论依据.
In order to explore the effects of different kinds of fertilizer on the seedling emergence,the yield and quality of vegetables,Brassica chinensis L. was conducted by pot experiment.The results showed that combined application of bacterial fertilizer and biogas residue had the best effect on improving the yield and quality of Brassica chinensis L.,which aboveground biomass was increased by 92.68% compared with control and 72.14% higher than that chemical fertilizer application on the condition of equal nitrogen content.The nitrate content with the combined application of bacterial fertilizer and organic fertilizer was increased by 21.45% compared with control and decreased by 80.68% in single application of chemical fertilizer,and Vc content was increased by 150.00% than control and130.77% than chemical fertilizer application.The results could provide some theoretical foundation for scientific fertilization and reasonable planting of leafy vegetables.
