摘要
目的比较微创经皮钢板和带锁髓内钉治疗胫骨骨折的临床疗效。方法选取我院2013年6月~2014年10月收治的48例胫骨骨折患者,分为A组和B组,每组24例。A组采用微创经皮钢板内固定治疗,B组采用带锁髓内钉内固定治疗。综合比较两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、骨折愈合时间、术后半年肢体功能优良率及并发症发生率。结果 A组的手术时间、骨质愈合时间较B组短,术中出血量较B组少（P〈0.01）,B组的住院时间较A组短（P〉0.05）;A组肢体功能优良率和并发症发生率分别为91.7%、16.7%,与B组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论微创经皮钢板固定术治疗胫骨骨折操作简单,手术时间短,出血量少,骨折愈合快,总体优于带锁髓内钉固定术。
Objective To compare the clinical effect of minimally invasive percutaneous plate esteesynthesis and interlocking intramedullary nail treating tibial fracture. Methods 48 patients with tibial fracture received by our hospital from June 2013 to October 2014 were selected. Patients were divided into group A and group B,and each group was 24 cases.Group A was treated by minimally invasive percutaneous plate esteesynthesis,and group B was treated with interlocking intramedullary nail.Operation time,blood loss during operation,hospital stay, healing time of fracture,excellent and good rate of limb function after half a year operation and incidence rate of complication between two groups was comprehensively compared. Results In group A,the operation time and healing time of fracture was shorter than that of group B respectively,blood loss during operation was less than that of group B（P〈0.01）;hospital stay in group B was shorter than that of group A（P〉0.05）. Excellent and good rate of limb function and incidence rate of complications in group A was 91.7% and 16.7%,and there was no statistical difference compared with group B（P 〉0.05）. Conclusion Minimally invasive percutaneous plate esteesynthesis treating tibial fracture has advantages in easy operation,short operation time and quick fracture healing,and it is better than interlocking intramedullary nail as a whole.
