摘要
以"大学教师发展"这个关键词为切入点,引入创新的元素,提出创新型大学教师发展的概念;并选取较为典型的国内大学,介绍了这些大学在创新型大学教师发展方面的情况,还结合教育部和国家留学基金委的相关政策,概括出国内创新型大学教师发展现状。同时,选取英、美两国较为典型的大学进行案例分析,分别介绍了这些大学在创新型大学教师发展项目方面的相关经验。最后,在借鉴国外创新型大学教师发展经验的基础上,结合国内创新型大学教师发展的现状,进一步提出促进创新型大学教师发展的相关对策。
This essay focuses on the key word faculty development and imports the essence of innovation and then puts forward the concept of innovative faculty development. This essay introduces the situation of innovative faculty development by introduction of some typical universities in China and then summarizes the situation of innovative faculty development in China with the policies which put forward by the Ministry o~ Education and China Scholarship Council. Meanwhile, this essay introduces the relative experience of innovative faculty development projects within some typical universities in American and Britain by analyzing these typical universities. Finally, this essay puts forward the countermeasures of creating innovative faculty development by learning from the experience of innovative faculty development aboard and by analyzing the situation of innovative faculty development in China.
