摘要
新建应用型本科高校教师创新能力的提升,有利于学校办学水平提高、教师专业发展和创新型人才培养。当前新建应用型本科高校教师创新能力提升过程中的问题在于:注重科研创新,轻视教学创新;注重理论创新,轻视实践创新;注重个体创新,轻视合作创新;注重创新知识,轻视创新方法。鉴于此,注重和加强教学创新、实践创新、合作创新和方法创新等已成为当务之急。
In newly-founded application-oriented universities, the promotion of the teachers' innova- tion ability is conducive to improving the schools' educational level, to the teachers' professional a- chievement and to the training of innovative talents. However, more emphasis is generally laid on scientific research innovation than on teaching innovation; similar asymmetry exists between theoretical and practical innovation, between individual and cooperative innovation, and between knowledge and method innovation.
