摘要
以美国、英国、日本和新西兰等国外较具代表性的国家图书馆和公共图书馆为例,介绍各图书馆当前正在实施的战略规划概况。同时,从规划编制方法和编制内容两个角度出发,重点对国外图书馆战略规划的主要特征及特点进行梳理与解读。
This paper takes several representative national libraries and public libraries from US, UK, Japan and New Zealand as examples, and introduces their strategic plans being implemented currently. Meanwhile, it analyses the main characteristics and features of those strategic plans from of the perspectives of methods and contents.
