摘要
通过分析新钢8号高炉大修时炉底、炉缸侵蚀状况,结合该高炉实际运行情况,探讨了炉底、炉缸的侵蚀机理,并为新建高炉及高炉炉役后期的操作提出了减缓炉缸、炉底侵蚀的相关措施。
Through the analysis of xingang steel No. 8 blast furnace hearth bottom erosion condition during overhaul,combined with the actual operation of the blast furnace,this paper discusses the corrosion mechanism of the bottom of the furnace hearth and relevant measures of reducing hearth bottom erosion for the new blast furnace or aging stage operation of old BF are put forward.
