部分外包型钢混凝土黏结滑移性能的试验研究 被引量:7

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON BOND SLIP BEHAVIOR BETWEEN SECTION STEEL AND CONCRETE IN PARTIALLY ENCASED COMPOSITE MEMBERS

摘要 通过对10个部分外包型钢混凝土进行推出试验,对部分外包型钢混凝土的黏结机理、黏结强度和黏结滑移本构关系等关键问题进行研究,分析混凝土强度等级、型钢与混凝土接触面状态及接触长度对型钢与混凝土间黏结滑移性能的影响,考察型钢翼缘及型钢腹板与混凝土的黏结强度。试验研究结果表明,生赤锈型钢的黏结应力比普通型钢高;型钢翼缘相对于腹板对总体黏结作用贡献更大;混凝土强度等级、接触面状态及接触长度是影响黏结强度的重要因素。根据所有试件的初始滑移黏结强度、极限黏结强度、残余黏结强度及其荷载-滑移曲线,提出部分外包型钢混凝土的黏结-滑移表达式,为部分外包型钢-混凝土组合构件抗剪连接性能的进一步研究提供参考。 Based on push-out tests of ten partially concrete encased steel specimens,the bond mechanism,bond strength and bond-slip constitutive relations between section steel and concrete were studied. The influence of concrete strength,status and length of the interface between steel and concrete on the bond-slip performance was analyzed. In addition,the contribution of flange surfaces and web surfaces to interface bond strength was also investigated. From the test results,the bond strength between the rust steel and concrete was higher than that between common steel and concrete; the contribution of flange surface to total bond strength was larger than that of web surface,and the grade of concrete strength,status and length of interface were the important factors influencing the bond strength. According to the initial slip-bond strength,ultimate bond strength,residual bond strength and the load-slip curves,a formula to describe the bond-slip relationship on the interfaces between section steel and concrete was presented,which provided a basis for the further research of shear connection behavior in the partially encased composite steel-concrete members.
