摘要
目的研究简支深肋组合扁梁的受弯性能,考察粘结力变化对其抗弯刚度和承载力的影响.方法对两根尺寸相同但钢梁与混凝土交界面处理状况不同的试件进行静力单向加载试验.结果得出荷载变形关系及截面应变分布特征,由荷载-跨中挠度关系曲线知粘结力的削弱没有影响到组合扁梁的承载力.弹性受力阶段钢梁和受压区混凝土的横向应变分布均匀,截面竖向中线的应变近似成线性分布.结论粘结力的变化对其抗弯刚度和承载力的影响很小,钢梁与受压区混凝土在弹性受力阶段能够近似保持平截面,板肋处混凝土分担的荷载很小.
Steel-concrete composite slim beams, with the steel beam encased in concrete slab, represent a promising solution for civil and industrial buildings. The composite slim beam has many advantages, such as minimizing floor depths, fast erection, efficient fire resistance and good serviceability; therefore, there is a promising application prospect in multi-story steel buildings, especially in residential buildings. In this paper, two specimens of simply-supported composite slim with deep deck have been tested in order to investigate the flexural behavior of this new style of composite beam and the influence of the bond force on the flexural stiffness and loading capacity of the beam. The load-deflection curves of mid-span, strain distribution of sections, the crack distribution and development of concrete and the failure mode of the specimens have been given, which indicates that the steel section and concrete in compression remain flat during elastic stage and the concrete in the rib of deep deck has little contribution to flexural behavior of the beam.
