摘要
翼城花鼓是国家级非物质文化遗产,晋南大地上的人们喜欢在岁时节日及各种喜事场合中用花鼓营造欢乐氛围,表达辞旧迎新的喜悦,在当地的民俗文化活动中起着重要的作用。花鼓作为一种民俗,具有祈福功能、娱乐功能,并且随着社会进步逐渐显示对青少年的人格塑造功效,是当地人们生活中重要的组成部分。
The Yichenghuagu opera（a unique performing style in the southern part of Shanxi province featured by dancing while playing drum） is a masterpiece of Chinese drum-dancing arts. It was among the first art-styles that were listed as the national cultural-heritage by the State Council. Based on historical records and field interviews, this article analyzes functions of this art in local customs and culture and finds that it is an indispensable part of local people＇s life.
