文章回顾了中部崛起战略提出背景,就中部地区与东部、西部存在的差距及原因进行了论述,根据中部地区的现实情况对中部崛起战略的重要策略进行了探讨。
This paper looked back the central rising strategy outs the background of the set. Analysis the reasons and distance that between western regions and central region and eastern region. Try to research the important measure and considers of the central rising strategy according to the realistic circumstance.
