摘要
摘要对引线框架用合金极薄带冷加工工艺进行了研究,分析了热处理工艺参数对材料力学性能以及冷带板形的影响,确定了Fe-Ni42合金的热处理工艺参数。研究结果表明:采用优化的低温热处理工艺制度,可以满足框架用Fe—Ni42合金极薄带材在工程应用上对力学性能和板形的要求。
In this paper, the preparation process of Fe-Ni42 alloy tapes for lead frame was investigated. The influence of the annealing processes on the mechanical property and strip shape was analysed. It was found that the optimized recovery annealing could meet the requirements of the mechanical property and strip shape in engineering application.
