摘要
蜂鸣器中的发音膜片是用IJ50软磁合金薄带制成的。除了要求材料具有一定的磁性能外,对硬度和厚度一致性及板型也都有很高要求。为此开展了一系列工艺研究试验,以寻求最佳生产工艺,稳定产品质量。最终达到了预期目的。
The vocal film in buzzer in made of ultra - thin strip of soft magnetic alloy 1J50, which meeds a defined magnetic properly, and consistence of hardness, thickness, thickness and strip -type. Through a series of studies of technical processes, and optimum process and high-quality products have been obtained.
