摘要
目的:观察茵陈蒿汤联合瑞甘治疗高胆红素血症的临床疗效。方法:52例随机分为治疗组30例和对照组22例,两组均给予茵陈蒿汤口服,治疗组加用瑞甘静滴治疗。结果:治疗结束后,治疗组的ALT、AST、TBIL均比对照组下降明显(P<0.01)。总有效率治疗组93.3%、对照组68.2%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:茵除蒿汤联合瑞甘治疗高胆红素血症有显著效果。
Objective ： To observe the clinical curative effect of L-ornithine-L-aspartate in treating hyperbilirubinemia. Method： 52 cases of hyperbilirubinemia were randomly assigned to two groups, the treatment group （ 30 cases ） and the control group （ 22 cases ） . The two groups were given Yinchenhao Decoction. The treatment group were treated with L-ornithine-L-aspartate for injection by intravenous drip treatment additionally, 4 weeks for a course of treatment and after a course of treatment the curative effect and liver function of two groups of patients recovery was observed. Result： After the treatment, ALT, AST and TBIL in the treatment group were significantly lower than that in the control group （P〈0.01） . The total effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group while that was 68.2% in the control group （P〈0.05） .Conclusion： Yinchenhao Decoction combined with L-omithine-L-aspartate has significant effect on hyperbilirubinemia.
