摘要
运动营养学课程教学改革实验,构建了"学、研、践"三位一体教学模式,建立"俱乐部—基地—学校"的多元教学体系,形成学生在课堂的理论学习、见习基地的知识迁移、俱乐部的指导能力提升的融合机制。该教学模式对学生理论知识的掌握及实践能力的培养具有突出作用,整体上提高了课程学习的效果。在实施过程中应缩减班额,扩大教师自主权,组建校内实验室和实训基地,加强学生、教师、教练三者间的沟通与反馈。
A study-research-practice instruction method and an educational system consists of a variety of elements including fitness club, training base and schools that are constructed in the experiment of reforming sports nutriology course, helping the students combine their theory study, research and instruction capabilities in a much improved way. In addition, it is more effective for the students to use the method to enhance their theory study and improve their capability of putting the knowledge into practice. During the process, reducing class capacity, increasing teachers' decisionmaking powder, strengthening the communication between the students and the teachers or coaches and assembling on-campus laboratories and training bases should be encouraged.
