摘要
以苦苣菜为研究对象,采用生物测定法,揭示苦苣菜茎叶水浸液对生菜和白菜的种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,不同浓度水浸液对两种受体种子的萌发均具有显著性抑制效应,抑制效果随着处理浓度的增加而增加,表现出发芽率和发芽指数的下降;高浓度的水浸液处理抑制幼苗根系的伸长、根重增加,而较低浓度的水浸液处理促进幼苗根系伸长、根重增加;不同的受体对不同的浓度的苦苣茎叶水浸液反应不同,生菜仅在1/16的处理浓度下根长和根重才表现出促进效应;而白菜在1/4的处理浓度下根重就表现出促进效应。研究结果表明,苦苣茎叶水浸液对生菜和白菜种子萌发及幼苗生长具有化感作用。
The purpose of this study was to reveal the effects of aqueous extracts fromSonchus oleraceus on seed germination and seedling growth of Chinese cabbage and lettuce by Bioassay methods.The results showed that,different concentrations of aqueous extracts had significant inhibitory effects on germination of two kinds of seeds.As the increase of the concentration of aqueous extracts,the inhibitory effects were all enhanced,which showed decreased germination rate and germination index of seedling.Aqueous extract has significant effects on the growth of two kinds of receptors with inhibiting with high concentration and promoting with low concentration,aqueous extract treatment with higher concentration inhibited root elongation,but increased root weight,while the lower concentration of aqueous extract treatment promoted root elongation and increased root weight.Different receptors have the different reaction on the different concentrations of aqueous extracts.The lettuce just showed a promoting effect on root length and root weight with the concentration only in 1/16 times of the original solution;while the Chinese cabbage began to show the promoting effect on root weight with the concentration at 1/4times of the original solution.These results suggested that the aqueous extracts fromSonchus oleraceus have effects on seed germination and seedling growth of Chinese cabbage and lettuce.
