摘要
采用室内生物测定方法,研究了不同浓度的黄花棘豆地上、地下部分水浸提液对燕麦、油菜、垂穗披碱草、藜4种受体植物的化感作用。结果表明:随着浓度的升高,黄花棘豆对受体植物的化感作用增强,且地下部分作用强于地上部分。在浓度为0.25g/mL时,地上部分对藜抑制最为明显,SE值为-0.5427,而地下部分对垂穗披碱草抑制最为明显,SE值为-1.000。
Allelopathy of aqueous extracts of aerial part and root part of Oxytropis ochrocephala on four receptor plants(Bavena sativa L.,Brassica campestris L.,Elymus nutans L.and Chenopodium album L.) were studied in different methanol extraction densities.The results showed that with the increase of the concentration,the allelopathy of Oxytropis ochrocephala on receptor plants had significant enhancement,and the effect of root part was stronger than that of aerial part.When the concentration was 0.25 g/ml,the aerial part had most obvious inhibition on Chenopodium album L.with SE= -0.542 7;and the root part had most obvious inhibition on Elymus nutans L.with SE= -1.000.
