摘要
研究了pH,扰动及营养盐对铜绿微囊藻生长的影响。结果显示:铜绿微囊藻生长的最适pH为8 5~9 5,生长过程对水体的pH也会产生较大影响,总的趋势是使水体pH趋向于9~9 5;扰动对铜绿微囊藻生长的影响主要表现在生长滞后,但对其生长速率及生物量均无太大影响;增加磷浓度更易促进铜绿微囊藻的生长,氮对铜绿微囊藻的生物量则有较大影响。
The effect of pH,disturbance and nutrients on the growth of Microcystis aeruginosa was studied.It is shown that for the growth of Microcystis aeruginosa,the most adaptive pH is 8.5~9.5 and its growth will also influence the pH of the water.The disturbance will delay the growth,but it did not influence the growth rate and the biomass.The increase of phosphorus concentration can easily promote the growth of Microcystis aeruginosa,and the nitrogen can greatly influence the biomass of Microcystis aeruginosa.
