摘要
采用常压水蒸气蒸馏法提取柳叶蜡梅茎的挥发油,经GC-MS分析,从挥发油中鉴定出89种化合物,占总油量的84.98%。其中含量较高的成分为亚油酸(11.96%)、棕榈酸(11.38%)、(-)-β-杜松烯(5.10%)、桉叶油醇(4.89%)、大根香叶烯D(4.84%)、β-石竹烯(4.16%)、(1α,4aα,8aα)-1,2,4a,5,6,8a-六氢-4,7-二甲基-1-异丙基-萘(2.91%)、樟脑(2.43%)、石竹烯氧化物(2.23%)。
The volatile oils from the stem of Chimonanthus saslicifolicus Hu were extracted by water-steam distillation. Eighty-nine compounds, 84.98% of the total constituents, were identified fi'om the oils by GC-MS analysis. The major constituents were linoleic acid ( 11.96% ), palmitic acid ( 11.38% ), (-) -β -cadinene ( 5.10% ), eucalyptol (4.89%), germacrene D (4.84%), β-caryophyllene (4.16%), 1,2,4a,5,6,8a-hexahydro-4,7-dimethyl-1- (1-methylethyl) - (1α,4aα, 8aα) -naphthalene (2.91%), camphor (2.43%), and caryophyllene oxide (2.23%).
