摘要
以菊科苦苣菜50%乙醇提取物为试材,研究了其对草莓采后保鲜中呼吸强度、维生素C含量、可溶性固形物含量、细胞质膜透性及草莓腐烂情况的影响。结果表明:10mg/mL提取物能降低草莓果实呼吸强度,减缓其维生素C的氧化速度,减慢其可溶性固形物的分解速度,对其细胞质膜透性增加有延缓作用;腐烂情况观测表明,苦苣菜提取物处理可减轻草莓果实腐烂生菌程度,使果实保持较新鲜完好的外观。
With 50% ethanol extracts of Sonchus oleraceus as material,the influence of extracts on respiration intensity, VC content,soluble solid,cytoplasmic membrane permeability and rotling rate of postharvested strawberry were observed. The results showed that 10 mg/mL, extracts reduced the respiration of strawberry fruit relatively, slowed down the oxidation rate of vitamin C and the degradation of soluble solid content,retarded the sytoplasmic membrane permeebility. Rotten degree evaluation showed that the strawberry treated with Sonchus oleraceus extracts had a better fresh-keeping
