摘要
转型视域下,教师教育人才培养模式需改变现状适应新常态。毕节是少数民族聚居地,彝族教师素质高低与彝族教师教育质量密切相关。在转型视域下,毕节未来彝族教师教育人才培养需增强民族共同体意识,根据教师教育改革发展趋势,增加彝族跨文化教育课程内容,强化彝族教师教育实践环节,构建培养主体多元化、职前培养和职后培训一体化的模式,为彝族聚居区提供优质师资支持。
At the transformation stage, in order to adapt to the new situation, the mode of teacher education and personnel training need to be changed. Bijie is a minority settlement especially for Yi people. Yi teachers' quality is closely related to their education and training. At the transformation stage, Bijie Yi teacher's education and training firstly need to strengthen the consciousness of ethnic community. Secondly, according to the trend of teacher education reform, increase the Yi cross-cultural education curriculum content,strengthen the Yi teacher education practice. Lastly, build a pattern of diversification of training subjects and integration of pre-service training and after training. By doing these, it is possible to provide high-quality teachers for Yi areas.
