摘要
教师教育培养模式改革的动因有经济社会体制转型、国际教育改革和我国教育体制变革等因素。不同层次和类别的教师教育院校人才培养模式的理念定位是有差异的。我国高校教师教育人才培养模式改革在理念设置、培养方式等方面各具特性;在人才培养内涵上体现层次性和丰富性。教师教育人才培养模式改革将呈现模式多元化、学术性、实践性等趋势。
The causes of talent-cultivating modes of teacher education reform are the transformation of social economic system, the international education reform and the Chinese education system reform and other factors. The theories for positioning talent-cultivating modes at different levels and types of teacher education colleges and universities are different. The idea of setting goals and the cultivating modes for university teachers in our country have their own characteristics, the talent-cultivating of connotation show their hierarchies and richness and the reform for talent-cultivating modes of teacher education also shows the tendency of diversification, academic nature and practicality.
