锈蚀槽钢梁弯矩-曲率关系研究 被引量:3

摘要 分析锈蚀槽钢的高度和跨度对其弯矩-曲率关系曲线的影响。研究结果表明:试件的弯矩-曲率关系曲线分为两个阶段:第1阶段为弯矩-曲率关系基本呈线性关系,锈蚀槽钢梁翼缘屈服时的应变为0.001 8左右;第2阶段为屈服强化段,锈蚀槽钢梁翼缘的极限应变取为0.01;在达到极限承载力时,试件发生整体受弯破坏。在试验研究基础上,提出锈蚀槽钢梁基于平均厚度和锈蚀率的弯矩-曲率关系的计算模型。该模型反映锈蚀槽钢弯矩-曲率关系的特点,模型计算值与试验结果吻合较好。 The effect of height and span on the moment-curvature relationship curves of corrosive channel steel beams were analyzed.The results showed that the moment-curvature relationship curves might be divided into two phases:the first phase took on linear relationship,the yielding strains of flange were about 0.001 8;and the second phase was the yielding and strengthening stage,the ultimate strains of flanges were about 0.01;the overall bending failure occurred under ultimate bearing capacity.According to the experimental study,a calculating method of moment-curvature relationship curves of corrosive channel steel beams were proposed based on the average thickness and corrosion degree.The proposed models could reflect the characteristics of corrosive channel steel beams,whose calculating results could agree well with the experimental data.
