摘要
对锈蚀槽钢梁承载性能进行试验研究和理论分析。试验研究表明:锈蚀率对钢材抗拉强度和弹性模量的影响较小;截面尺寸、跨度和锈蚀率是影响锈蚀槽钢梁承载力和变形的主要因素;试件发生整体受弯破坏。锈蚀槽钢梁弯矩-挠度曲线可分为3个阶段:弹性锈蚀层脱落段、弹性段和屈服强化段。锈蚀槽钢梁弯矩-曲率关系曲线可分为2个阶段:弹性段和屈服强化段。在试验研究基础上,提出锈蚀槽钢梁基于平均厚度和锈蚀率的承载力计算方法,以及挠度的计算方法。计算公式简单,且具有很高的计算精度,便于工程应用。
It was presented the experimental study and theoretical analysis for corroded channel steel beams. Test results show that corrosion rate has little influence on the tensile strength and elastic modulus of steel plate; the section size, span, and corrosion rate are the main parameters to affect the bearing capacity and deformation of corroded channel steel beams. The whole bending failure occurred on the specimens. The moment-deflection relationship curves of corroded channel steel beams may be divided into three stages: the tage of abscission of corroded layer, the elastic stage and the yielding and strengthening stage. The moment-curvature relationship curves include two stages: the elastic stage and the yielding and strengthening stage. According to the experimental study, a calculating method of bearing capacity of corroded channel steel beams were proposed based on the average thickness and corrosion rate, and a calculation model for the deflection was also put forward. The proposed models are not only simple, but also have higher calculating precision, which may be easily used in practical projects.
