摘要
目的 探讨思维导图结合以问题为基础学习教学方法在临床护理操作教学中的应用效果.方法 选择2014年6月至2015年1月在宁波市第一医院注射室实习的89名实习护士为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和实验组.实验组静脉输液操作教学采用思维导图结合以问题为基础学习教学方法,对照组采用常规教学方法.教学结束后对两组实习护士进行考核,并对部分实习护士进行访谈.结果 实验组实习护士的操作理论成绩高于对照组实习护士,差异具有统计学意义;实验组实习护士静脉穿刺成功率高于对照组实习护士,差异无统计学意义;实验组实习护士评判性思维能力中的自信心得分高于对照组实习护士,差异具有统计学意义;被访谈的实习护士均对本次教学效果给予肯定,并表示愿意将思维导图应用于其他的护理技能学习中.结论 思维导图结合以问题为基础学习教学方法在临床护理操作教学的应用,能够提高护理操作教学的质量,有利于培养实习护士的自信心.
Objective To investigate the effect of the mind map and problem-based learning in the teaching of clinical nursing practice.Methods 89 students who practiced in the injection room were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group was taught by the approach of mind map and problem-based learning to operate the intravenous infusion.The control group was taught by the conventional approach of clinical education.After the teaching, examination was carried out, part of students were interviewed.Results The theoretical and operational scores of students in the experimental group were higher than those in control group, the differences showed statistical significance.Vein puncture success rate was higher than the control group.Students＇ self-confidence as factor of critical thinking ability in the experimental group was higher than those in control group, the differences showed statistical significance.All of the interviewed students gave positive response for the clinical teaching.All of them expressed that they would apply the mind map to other nursing practice learning.Conclusions Applying mind map and problem-based learning on clinical nursing practice teaching can improve the quality of clinical nursing practice teaching, as well as cultivate self-confidence of students.
