摘要
目的探讨不同年级中外合作护理专业学生对外教授课教育环境的评价差异。方法利用Dundee教育环境评估量表对2个年级的中外合作护理专业学生进行问卷调查。结果护生对外教授课的总体满意度在94%以上,教育环境的总分分别为:二年级(149.79±20.39)分、三年级(151.37±14.89)分,评分处于良好以上等级,只有"对教师的评价"维度两个年级的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论外教授课的教育环境评价处于较好层次,护理教育者应该借鉴国外先进教学经验,改善教育环境,提高教学质量。
Objective To discuss the difference in evaluation on foreign teachers' teaching environment from students in international-cooperation nursing specialty in different grades. Methods Dundee Ready Education Environment Measure was used to investigate the students in international-cooperation nursing specialty. Results The overall students' satisfaction for the foreign teachers' teaching was more than 94%. Total scores of the educational environment were (149.79 ±20.39) among sophomore and (151.37±14,89) among third- year students. The score rates were above good grade. Difference in "teacher evaluation" dimension among the two grades was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Foreign teachers' teaching environment is satisfactory. Nursing educators should learn advanced teaching experience of foreign counties, improve educational environment, and enhance quality of teaching.
